Panyu Rongxiang Faucet Co., Ltd. was opened in 1998, the new
factory locates in Shiji town Panyu district Guangzhou City,
the area is 1,5000 square meters. It has more than 800 staff
and 18 professional workshops now. They are founding workshop,
forging workshop, punching workshop, CNC workshop, claming workshop,
soldering workshop, polishing workshop, assembling workshop,
mould workshop, polishing workshop, electroplated workshop,
test workshop etc. We have the ability to work in pineline from
casting, forging machining step to polishing and plating step.
Our company produce the ceramic valve, valve body. We have passed
the ISO9001-2000 in April 2001, and now we are one of main suppliers
of a foreign famous faucet factory to produce assembly parts
for them. To control the products quality, We produced the parts
with CNCs, We have over 40 digital controlling lathes, moreover,
the factory is equipped with processing centers and imported
automatic processing center, which is capable of providing high
quality and fast mould processing. The casting workshop is equipped
with imported gravity casting items; the electroplating workshop
is equipped with automatic flow lines as well as advanced test
and checking equipment. Our test workshop is also equipped with
3D test machine and other advanced test equipment, they can
make sure of our products perfect.
Our company honors reputation and keeps contracts. We have the
import & export qualification. We are expecting to establish
economic & technical partnership with domestic and abroad
faucet factories. |
